Main features

1、The partition type installation makes the working space isolated with base of the apparatus, drive system and the hydraulic device isolated completely, and it has an independent hydraulic pressure system and lubricating system;
2、Optional nitrogen protection system. The nitrogen is filled into the airtight work space of centrifuge, and the density of the nitrogen is controlled by the control system to meet the requirement of explosion-proof;
3、Optional online washing system. Fix more cleaning heads to wash in the inner side of the centrifuge, such as on the internal and external surface of the rotary drum, discharging hopper, observing mirror and the bottom of the rotary drum, so that it can meet the clean requirement by the process;
4、Optional high pressure gas recoil device. When the peeler is peeling the materials, the high pressure gas in the inner side of the peeler and the outer side of the rotary drum will be released by the control system, to achieve the effect of removing the layers of the filter cakes and reduce the remaining filter cakes.
