Working principle

GKH horizontal siphoning scraper discharging centrifuge can increase the filtering driving force using the siphon principal on basis of the ordinary horizontal centrifuges. All the filtrate through the filter medium enters the filtrate tank, and then discharges out of the rotary drum through the siphon pipe. During the filtering process, the depth of the filtrate in the tank can be altered by adjusting the position of the siphon pipe inlet, thus the filtering driving force is changed also, so are the rate of filtration, processing ability, moisture content of the filter cakes and the washing efficiency.
