Working Principle

The suspending liquid enters the spiral lumen through the feed pipe, and then enters the rotary drum through the material spraying mouth on the small head of the spiral next to the bottom of the cone. Under the action of centrifugal field, the liquid phase in the paste materials is separated out through the strainer fixed on the inner wall of the rotary drum, while the solid phase is held back in the rotary drum;At the same time, the solid particles move from the small end to the big end of the rotary drum under the action of the centrifugal force and the differential between the spiral and the rotary drum , during the motion, the centrifugal force increases progressively with the increase of the turning diameter, and the high moisture solid phase from the entrance becomes low moisture solid phase when discharging out of the rotary drum, thus the solid phase and the liquid phase are separated automatically and successively.
