IW centrifugal discharging centrifuge is a kind of separation equipment which can continuous feed, separate and automatic discharge under centrifugal force. It is suitable for separation of float liquid whose fineness of solid-phase material is more than 0.01mm、whose concentration is between 30% and 80%、and than can be not broken. It can be used such industries as chemical, light industry, such as sugar carbonic ammonia, glauber’s salt, eatable salt, coal mud, plastic particles, metal particles,etc.

Working Principle

The motor drives the cone drum rotating at full speed, the material is continuous added through a feed tube, and it is evenly spread at the wall of filter screen at the small end of conical rotary drum. The liquid phase discharges out from the filter cloth and outlet pipes, while the solid phase remains in the filter cloth into filter residue. The filter residue continuously slides to the big end of the rotary end by centrifugal force, and then exits from the rotary drum, exits from the bottom of the centrifuge or the front shell of the centrifuge.

2. Frequency conversion control system and non-contact braking system；

Optional assembly

1. Explosion-proof button；
2.The relevant building materials are selected according to the erosion-proof requirements of the materials to be processed: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L and 321, etc. or titanium materials.
3. It can be made according to GMP requirements;
