2.Design and production
According to the customer supplied material and separation requirements, we negotiate with customer, with a small amount of sample doing separation test. Based on test results, we targeted carry out technical seminar, develop the most suitable design decision, and compile the most appropriate production and processing technology so that we produce more products that satisfy customer needs.
3.Testing and verifying
Complete testing equipment and strict testing system are mandatory requirements of quality management. Following the ISO9001 quality management system standards, our company establish a standardized testing system, equipped with a full set of testing apparatus: Dynamic balancing machines, Detector of defects, Vibration measurement instrument, Sound level meter, Speedometer, Thermometer, etc.;
4.Commissioning tests and after-sales services
Our company has trained a group of superior technical quality and experienced service personnel, and has established user’s technical documents and quality files. Once the centrifuge go wrong, we will put forward solutions within the shortest possible time and to help users solve the problem.
