Centrifuge installation and debugging precautions
1. Pay attention to the following matters when installing the centrifuge: 1.1 The centrifuge must be hoisted through the four hoisting frames on the base, and hooked with a strong enough wire rope, and the centrifuge can be lifted only when the centrifuge is in a horizontal state. 1.2 Centrifuge, motor and other components are installed on the base, and 11 shock absorbers are installed under the base, so the centrifuge can be freely placed on the cement foundation or floor, but a certain height should be ensured to facilitate drainage and unloading . 1.3 When the centrifuge is installed on the floor, the reinforced concrete of the floor should have sufficient strength to prevent it from being transmitted or cracked by the centrifuge. 1.4 After the centrifuge is placed on the foundation, flexible connections should be adopted between each interface and the outside world, so as to prevent the vibration of the centrifuge from being transmitted to the pipeline, and 3~5mm amplitude compensation must be considered at the inlet and outlet of the liquid phase. 1.5 The tee joint on the feeding port of the centrifuge can be connected to water or other washing solvents to flush the centrifuge. 2. Debugging of the centrifuge: After the centrifuge is installed, it can be powered on and debugged when it is empty. 2.1 Inspection before operation 2.1.1 Check the solid and secret sealing of the exposed bolts of the centrifuge; 2.1.2 Check the tightness of the V-belt, it is advisable to press down 1.5-3.5mm; 2.1.3 Before starting, the oil level of the oil mark should be checked, and it should not be lower than the bottom line of the oil mark; 2.1.4 Several precautions for inverter setting and wiring: before trial operation, please fully check whether the wiring position is correct, especially the input wire and output wire should not be connected incorrectly, otherwise the inverter will be burned; frequency upper limit setting 50 Hz; the setting of the acceleration time is greater than 180 seconds; the setting of the deceleration time is greater than 300 seconds. 2.2 No-load debugging 2.2.1 Start the bowl at low speed, check the rotation of the centrifuge, rotate clockwise in front of the door of the centrifuge, and it is strictly forbidden to reverse. 2.2.2 After the rotation is correct, the centrifuge is adjusted by frequency conversion, and the drum is slowly and evenly increased to the rated speed, and the speed-up time is not less than 3 minutes to ensure that the centrifuge starts smoothly. 2.2.3 Check the operation of the centrifuge. If there is large vibration or rubbing, noise, etc., it should be stopped immediately, check the cause, and restart it after troubleshooting. 2.2.4 The no-load current of the centrifuge is not more than 12A, and the voltage is not less than 365V. 2.2.5 Check that the temperature rise of the two main bearings is not greater than 35°C during operation, and the temperature rise of the differential housing after shutdown is not greater than 35°C. 2.2.6 After using the new belt for 1 to 2 days, the tightness of the belt should be readjusted. 2.2.7 Check the oil return oil mark of the main bearing, and observe whether there is oil spraying out. 2.3 Load test 2.3.1 After the empty vehicle test, carry out the load test, run it with clean water for 10 to 15 minutes, and check the sealing parts for no leakage. 2.3.2 The feeding should be uniform, and the feeding pump or valve should be gradually opened from small to large to the rated process flow. It is forbidden to open the valve suddenly, which will cause material blocking in the drum to damage the centrifuge. 2.3.3 Monitor the current of the inverter when feeding, pay attention to the maximum working current of the load is not more than 42A, the voltage is not less than 365V, and the maximum current is not more than 18A in general use. 2.3.4 When the feed temperature is at room temperature, the temperature rise of the two main bearing shells is not more than 40℃, and the load test can be operated normally if the load test meets the requirements. 2.4 The normal operation of the centrifuge 2.4.1 When the machine is turned on, the speed is evenly increased to the rated speed, and the speed-up time is not less than 3 minutes. 2.4.2 After running empty for 2-5 minutes, clean with clean water or cleaning solution for 2-5 minutes, and close the cleaning valve. 2.4.3 Feed smoothly and evenly, control the working current not more than 15A, and the voltage not less than 365V (do not open the feeding valve suddenly). 2.4.4 After the work is over, first close the feed valve, then open the cleaning water or cleaning solution, and stop after 30 minutes of cleaning. 2.4.5 Do not pass cleaning fluid after shutdown to prevent cleaning fluid from entering the upper bearing. 2.4.6 Conveying method of solid phase and separation liquid: The solid phase can be transported by any one of screw conveyor, belt conveyor, trolley carrying, and manual shovel transportation.
