Main features

6、The manual peeling speed can be adjusted at any according to the status of filter cakes, and it is especially suitable for the feed materials with hard filter cakes.
7、It has a relative sealing structure and can prevent some toxic, strong erosion feed materials leaking out or hurting people. They are of a high safety factor, and can improve the working environment at the same time.
8、The rotating and lift of peeler can be locked by machinery, so it is quite safe and reliable.

1、The shell is designed into flat cover,equipped with explosion-proof spot lights, observing mirrors, feed pipes and washing pipes;
2、Ordinary electric motors or anti-explosion electric motors;
3、Frequency conversion control system and non-contact braking system;
4、Equipped with liquid damping shock absorber;

3.The relevant building materials are selected according to the erosion-proof requirements of the materials to be processed: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L and 321, etc. Titanium materials or carbon steel with plastic, rubber or Halar inset on the surface.
